Principal Partners

Karim qualified from the University of Bristol and worked in a number of NHS and Private Practices before opening Nork Way Dental Practice in 1997. Karim has attained a diploma in dental sedation and also completed an MSc in implant dentistry, both from Kings College in London. Karim has over 15 years experience in implant dentistry and has completed many complex cases including Teeth in a day using the ALL on 4 technique.

In addition, Karim has a special interest in Cosmetic and Aesthetic dentistry having attended courses in the USA and can provide teeth alignment using the Six Month Smile technique.

Karim is available to see by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
After completing dental school in 1990, Karim worked in both NHS and Private Practices in Sussex before opening Nork Way Dental Practice (with Karim Nasser) in 1997. Karim has considerable experience in implant dentistry and dental conscious sedation, having completed an MSc and Diploma respectively at Kings College London. In addition Karim has attended numerous post graduate courses in aesthetic dentistry including porcelain and composite restorations.

Karim is available to see by appointment on Mondays and Fridays.

Associate dentist

Vanita qualified from Kings College, London in 2003, after which she has been in general dental practice. She has continuously enhanced her skills by completing her MFGDP in 2007 and year long Diploma in Restorative dentistry course in 2010. She has also completed the Chris Orr Cosmetic and Restorative dentistry course in 2012. Vanita joined Nork Way Dental Practice in 2016 and provide both NHS and Private dental care. She is available to see by appointment on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Jananie qualified from Kings College London 2004, after which she has been in general practice, she then trained further at the Eastman Dental Institute concentrating on the restorative and aesthetic aspects of dentistry.
Jananie worked as an associate dentist in a general Practice in Essex before relocating to Surrey and joining Nork Way Dental Practice in 2018,she provides both NHS and Private dental care and is available to see by appointment on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Dr Azadeh Nejad qualified in 1999 she worked in New Zealand for a total of two years before migrating with her family to Sydney Australia, there she worked at Westmead Hospital and a Private Practice. Azadeh has been working at Nork Way Dental Practice since 2011, she had two maternity breaks and is now back on a part-time basis. Azadeh offers a full range of dental services including cosmetic dental treatments, facial aesthetics and dental implants, she is a kind and caring dentist and thoroughly enjoys her work

Periodontist

Shivani qualified from Guy’s, Kings and St Thomas Dental hospital in 2007, after which she has worked in General Dental Practice. In 2013 she completed a two year training programme in enhanced Clinical Periodontics at Kings College Dental Hospital. Following this she has spent her time in Practice providing non-surgical periodontal treatment as well as teaching undergraduate students at Kings College Hospital. Shivani provides periodontal treatment on a Private basis at Nork Way Dental and is available to see on Wednesdays.

Dental Hygienists

Kizal qualified from the prestigious UCL Eastman Dental Institute in 2012, achieving qualifications in both Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy.

Her training has provided her with invaluable experience in treating patients with moderate to severe Periodontal Disease as well as patients who are particularly nervous in the dental environment.

Kizal strives to provide a friendly approach to patient care, helping patients reach the best possible level of oral health.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys travelling and has a keen interest in photography.
Jacqueline qualified as Dental Hygienist in 2012 from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute (GDC No 151489). A keen learner, she then went on to gain a BSc(Hon) degree in Oral Health Sciences at the University of Essex in 2019 which enabled her to be recognised as a GDC registered Dental Therapist. Jacqueline has a vast amount of experience of chairside patient assistance having practiced as a qualified Specialist Dental Nurse from 2003-2012.

She provides her services to her patients with the most up-to-date, evidence-based techniques and information with the most strict cross infection and decontamination protocols in place.

Jacqueline believes in empowering her patients through patient education so they have control over their overall oral heath care outcomes. Her patients love Jacqueline for being informative, friendly yet professional, gentle yet thorough with her technique.
Holly grew up in Surrey and studied at the University of Portsmouth where she graduated with a first class honours degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy.

Before graduating as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist holly was a dental nurse for 11 years working within a variety of NHS/private practices as well as Guys hospital and East Surrey hospital.

Holly joined the practice in 2021 and is passionate in making sure patients are aware of their gum health status and have the advice and instructions needed to allow them to maintain and improve their oral health at home, in conjunction with their hygiene appointments.

Practice Manager

Bev Taylor
Bev Taylor Practice Manager
Bev has been manager since the Practice first opened in 1997. She has worked within the dental field for 25 years and has a broad range of experience.

Deputy Manager

Lisa initially joined Nork Way Dental in 2005 and has adopted many different roles within the practice. Although Lisa has maintained her nursing qualification, she predominantly works at reception and takes care of the practice compliance.

Grace O'Farrell

Grace completed her dental nursing diploma at Central Sussex College while working at Nork Way Dental, and is now a qualified dental nurse. Grace has experience in all aspects of general dentistry including implant dentistry and Conscious sedation and is lead nurse in the Practice.

Joanne Drewett
Joanne Drewett GDC: 196896
Jo has been a qualified dental nurse since 2009. She joined our team in 2014. Jo has experience in all aspects of general dentistry including implant dentistry.
Aimee Joined Nork Way Dental Practice in 2020 and has since registered with the GDC. Aimee has shown a keen interest in periodontal therapy and works alongside our gum specialist.
Charlotte White
Charlotte White Trainee Dental Nurse
Charlotte Joined Nork Way Dental Practice in May 2021 as a trainee dental nurse. Charlotte is a very conscientious member of our team and enjoys looking after all the patients.

Receptionist

Hayley was previously in customer relations with Audi before joining Nork Way Dental in 2012.
