Karim qualified from the University of Bristol and worked in a number of NHS and Private Practices before opening Nork Way Dental Practice in 1997. Karim has attained a diploma in dental sedation and also completed an MSc in implant dentistry, both from Kings College in London. Karim has over 15 years experience in implant dentistry and has completed many complex cases including Teeth in a day using the ALL on 4 technique.

In addition, Karim has a special interest in Cosmetic and Aesthetic dentistry having attended courses in the USA and can provide teeth alignment using the Six Month Smile technique.

Karim is available to see by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

After completing dental school in 1990, Karim worked in both NHS and Private Practices in Sussex before opening Nork Way Dental Practice (with Karim Nasser) in 1997. Karim has considerable experience in implant dentistry and dental conscious sedation, having completed an MSc and Diploma respectively at Kings College London. In addition Karim has attended numerous post graduate courses in aesthetic dentistry including porcelain and composite restorations.

Karim is available to see by appointment on Mondays and Fridays.

Vanita qualified from King's College London in 2003, having being awarded multiple commendations, most notably the University of London Gold Medal Proxime Accessit. She completed the MFGDP Diploma at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2007. She went on to achieve a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry, at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2010. Subsequently, in 2012, she completed the year long prestigious Cosmetic and Aesthetic Restorative course tutored by the highly acclaimed Dr Chris Orr.

Vanita believes in minimally invasive dentistry and preserving as much natural tooth as possible. She has a keen interest in teeth straightening through Invisalign and transforming smiles with the latest teeth whitening systems such as Enlighten and Boutique. She is a trained facial aesthetics provider offering anti-ageing treatments.

Vanita has a calm and gentle approach and prides herself at putting her patients at ease. She welcomes nervous adults and children.

Jananie qualified from Kings College London in 2004 and embarked on a career in general dental practice. She completed a year long Restorative Dentistry certificate at Eastman Dental Institute in 2008, honing her skills in all aspects of restorative and Aesthetic dentistry. Postgraduate training has allowed her to widen her skill base and confidently offer her patients advanced treatments such as composite bonding and Invisalign orthodontics. She is also a trained Facial Aesthetics provider. 20years experience in general practice has meant she has been able to build relationships and trust with her patients, putting them at ease during even the most complicated procedures.

Keiron qualified from King's College in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery having previously completed a degree in Biomolecular Science.

Keiron has a keen interest in dental minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry, which focuses on conserving as much tooth tissue as possible.. Since then, he has worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at the Royal London Hospital.

He is very focused on keeping up to date with the latest developments in the dental field and has completed the Chris Orr postgraduate programme.

He has also obtained a Certificate in Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry from the College of General Dentistry.

Most recently, Keiron has developed an interest in dental implants, in particular implant placements and restorations.

He enjoys treating patients of all ages and is very calm, friendly and approachable.

Shivani qualified from Guy’s, Kings and St Thomas Dental hospital in 2007, after which she has worked in General Dental Practice. In 2013 she completed a two year training programme in enhanced Clinical Periodontics at Kings College Dental Hospital. Following this she has spent her time in Practice providing non-surgical periodontal treatment as well as teaching undergraduate students at Kings College Hospital. Shivani provides periodontal treatment on a Private basis at Nork Way Dental and is available to see on Wednesdays.

Dr Radhika Patel completed her five-year undergraduate dental training at King’s College London in 2014. In 2016, she was awarded Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Radhika gained valuable experience working within the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Unit at the Royal United Hospital in Bath. Her subsequent work as a general dentist led her to discover a deep and enduring passion for Endodontics.

Motivated by this passion, Radhika pursued and successfully completed specialist training in Endodontics at King’s College London, where she passed with distinction. She was later awarded Membership in Endodontics by the Royal College of Surgeons England.

Radhika takes great satisfaction in helping patients preserve their natural teeth through meticulous, evidence-based treatment. Known for her calm and empathetic approach, Radhika is dedicated to putting nervous patients at ease.

Outside of dentistry, Radhika enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, often gathered around good food - whether experimenting with new recipes or exploring diverse cuisines.

Kizal qualified from the prestigious UCL Eastman Dental Institute in 2012, achieving qualifications in both Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy.

Her training has provided her with invaluable experience in treating patients with moderate to severe Periodontal Disease as well as patients who are particularly nervous in the dental environment.

Kizal strives to provide a friendly approach to patient care, helping patients reach the best possible level of oral health.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys travelling and has a keen interest in photography.

Jacqueline qualified as Dental Hygienist in 2012 from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute (GDC No 151489). A keen learner, she then went on to gain a BSc(Hon) degree in Oral Health Sciences at the University of Essex in 2019 which enabled her to be recognised as a GDC registered Dental Therapist. Jacqueline has a vast amount of experience of chairside patient assistance having practiced as a qualified Specialist Dental Nurse from 2003-2012.

She provides her services to her patients with the most up-to-date, evidence-based techniques and information with the most strict cross infection and decontamination protocols in place.

Jacqueline believes in empowering her patients through patient education so they have control over their overall oral heath care outcomes. Her patients love Jacqueline for being informative, friendly yet professional, gentle yet thorough with her technique.

Holly grew up in Surrey and studied at the University of Portsmouth where she graduated with a first class honours degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy.

Before graduating as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist holly was a dental nurse for 11 years working within a variety of NHS/private practices as well as Guys hospital and East Surrey hospital.

Holly joined the practice in 2021 and is passionate in making sure patients are aware of their gum health status and have the advice and instructions needed to allow them to maintain and improve their oral health at home, in conjunction with their hygiene appointments.

Lyndsey qualified at Eastman Dental Institute in 2002. She was previously a qualified dental nurse and Oral Hygiene instructor.

Lyndsey is gentle and Friendly, putting patients at ease and helping them to maintain good Oral Hygiene.

In her spare time, Lyndsey enjoys Kickboxing and spending time with her family and friends.

Bev has been manager since the Practice first opened in 1997. She has worked within the dental field for 25 years and has a broad range of experience.

Lisa initially joined Nork Way Dental in 2005 and has adopted many different roles within the practice. Although Lisa has maintained her nursing qualification, she predominantly works at reception and takes care of the practice compliance.

Grace completed her dental nursing diploma at Central Sussex College while working at Nork Way Dental, and is now a qualified dental nurse. Grace has experience in all aspects of general dentistry including implant dentistry and Conscious sedation and is lead nurse in the Practice.

Jo has been a qualified dental nurse since 2009. She joined our team in 2014. Jo has experience in all aspects of general dentistry including implant dentistry.

Charlotte Joined Nork Way Dental Practice in May 2021. Charlotte is a very conscientious member of our team and enjoys looking after all the patients.

Abbie joined the practice in January 2025 as a trainee dental nurse and is currently working towards her dental nursing qualification. Abbie has a warm and friendly approach and enjoys all aspects of dental nursing.

Hayley was previously in customer relations with Audi before joining Nork Way Dental in 2012.
